MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. - Central Michigan Athletics has partnered with IMG and CBS Interactive to launch a new CMUChippewas.com today.
The site is geared toward you, the fan, and is one of the first responsive design sites that CBS has released among its college partners. This will allow our fans to view the site on any device including desktop, tablet and mobile.
Some of the upgraded features you will experience are:
- Fan can now enjoy CMU's extensive live and on-demand video content on any device. This is the first time that these videos have been available on tablet and mobile devices.
- Using Graceful Degradation, the same site is available to fans on any devices. This allows users to enjoy all the features of CMUChippewas.com no matter how they are visiting the site.
- CMU's new video service, Chippewa Sports Network Digital, has new features including increased screen resolution for all videos and DVR functionally for live events. Events streamed live will be a part of a subscription service while on-demand video remain free. CBS Interactive also has one of the top customer service departments to assist with any technical difficulties you may experience when using CSN Digital.
- Fans can also follow along with GameTracker, the premier live stats service in college athletics. GameTracker is compatible across all web and mobile browsers. It is built with responsive design, so the interface will adjust to the size of the user's browser for a better user experience.
