Talkin' Hoops on Sideliners

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – Host Don Chiodo welcomes Central Michigan men’s basketball coach Keno Davis on Thursday for Sideliners, the weekly radio show broadcast from Hunter’s Ale House in Mount Pleasant.

The show will be carried live beginning at 6 p.m. on WUPS-FM 98.5. Also scheduled to join Chiodo are the Chippewas’ sensational backcourt duo of Braylon Rayson and Marcus Keene.

Keene is averaging a best-in-the-nation 30.4 points per game, while Rayson is averaging 17.3 points per game, which is tied for fifth in the Mid-American Conference.

CMU is averaging 91 points per game, which ties it for eighth nationally.

The Chippewas (6-2) play host to Arkansas-Pine Bluff (1-5) in a nonleague game at McGuirk Arena 4:30 p.m. Saturday.

There is no admission charge, and an RSVP is not necessary. Fans arriving before 6 p.m. will have the opportunity to interact with coaching staff and student-athletes in an informal setting.
