2017 (Outdoor Track & Field): Academic All-MAC ... began his outdoor season with a fourth-place finish in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a personal record of 9:13.12 at the Colonial Relays (3/30) hosted by the College of William & Mary (3/30) … placed fifth with a time of 9:15.63 in the 3000m steeplechase at the Jesse Owens University Classic hosted by Ohio State (4/21) … finished seventh at the Mid-American Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:22.70 and assisted the men’s 4x400m at the MAC Outdoor Championships to finish sixth with a time of 3:24.91 (5/13).

2017 (Indoor Track & Field): Academic All-MAC ... started off his career with a fourth-place finish in the mile with a time of 4:19.95 at the SVSU Doug Hansen Open (1/20) … finished sixth in the mile with a time of 4:22.19 at the EMU Triangular (1/28) … anchored the Distance Medley Relay to help them finish seventh in 10:05.70 at the Notre Dame Mayo Invitational (2/03) … came away from the Mid-American Indoor Track & Field Championships with a seventh place finish in the open 800 meters and ran the first leg of the DMR to help them finish fourth in 10:13.83 (2/24-25).

High School: 1600-meter Division 4 state champion in 2014 and 2015 ... 800-meter state champion in 2015 ... All-American 2000-meter steeplechase ... eight-time Division 4 All-State (once in 800 meters, twice in 1600 meters, twice in 3200 meters, once in 1600-meter relay, twice in cross country) ... holds school record in 400 meters (50.6 seconds), 800 meters (1:57.3), 1,600 meters (4:13.8), 3,200 meters (9:32.81), and cross country (15:41.0) ... New Balance Outdoor Nationals in 2015 ... Huron County Top 50 All-Academic ... National Honor Society ... earned four letters in track and field, three in cross country.
